I am Dr. György Sütő, attorney at law, member of the Kecskemét Bar Association.

I studied law at the University of Szeged, where I also completed the European Union law course. I spent a semester at the University of Potsdam in Germany on an ERASMUS scholarship. I graduated in 2005.

I spent my traineeship as a trainee lawyer and after passing the bar exam, I have been representing clients as a sole practitioner since 2010.

I have an advanced level English language certificate, and since my university days I have gained experience in translating and later drafting contracts in English, offering a full range of legal services to my clients in both Hungarian and English. Thanks to my language skills, I am also able to assist clients in matters arising abroad, although in this case it may be necessary to involve a foreign partner. I am assisted in my work by a number of experts and colleagues.

My main area of expertise is criminal law (with a focus on budget fraud, drug-related offences, property and traffic crimes), but I also provide legal services in the areas of real estate law, corporate law, succession law and claims management. I am also available for cases beyond these areas of law.

My practice includes ad-hoc legal advice, permanent assignments for companies, drafting of contracts, defence in misdemeanour and criminal proceedings, representation of victims and legal representation in imprisonment.

Based on my experience, a significant number of cases can be resolved out of (criminal) trial, without the involvement of authorities/courts, saving considerable costs and time.

I have liability insurance with the Hungarian Lawyers' Insurance and Assistance Association.

My aim is to provide a practical and efficient approach to legal issues and to solve them in a cost-effective manner and to the highest possible professional standard.
