Attorney’s Fees and Consultation Charges
Due to a bar association position, fees for legal services cannot be published on the attorney’s website and, in many cases, cannot be determined in advance without knowing the details of the case. During a personal consultation, detailed information is provided on this.
The amount of the fee is influenced by the nature and complexity of the case, the duration of the engagement, the value of the subject matter, the hours of work invested, and the number of appearances.
In most simpler cases, a one-hour consultation is sufficient to answer the questions and to make a recommendation for a solution. Particular attention is paid to always offering clients the most effective solution and protecting them from unnecessary costs.
Fees for international matters (e.g. European order for payment procedure, foreign estate) are determined on the basis of an individual agreement, taking into account the complexity of the case and the need to involve foreign partners.
